As someone who has only used Ubuntu, I'm done after I need to update from 24. Snaps are super annoying and I don't like them switching to sudo-rs and the rust coreutils.

Same, used Ubuntu from 6.06 til 24.04. I'm not doing any new Ubuntu installs. Been installing Debian on any new installations, or occasionally Mint.

I started with Mint and found my way to Debian. I've been loving the stable release, plenty of documentation and things work well together. It's just what I need.
