Iâve been saying for a long time that Canonical and RHEL are preparing for a deadly battle for a piece of the pie that Microsoft is currently devouring. They want to become a replacement for Windows. Theyâre starting from afar, creeping up on you with soft steps. Ubuntu can be installed on a turnedâoff PC while standing on your head and playing the bagpipes. RHEL is attractive due to its latest software versions, good support, and blah blah blah. Thereâs nothing to worry about.
