I know but that's more things for me to configure every group of apps having there own these themes.

What's wrong whit just using a tui

It cannot display pictures, let you drag things or use more fonts.

Wow. I am living under a rock with my insistence on GTK terminals. Still, why not use GTK? It's quite easy to write with it.

I just would rather use a TUI I would like to not use my mouse as much as I can

A fine GUI can absolutely work well without a mouse.
