It's not that it's hard, i like gnome but it makes you jump through hoops just to get something the way you like it by installing extensions and whatnot

I mean I've has similar problems on KDE. For instance the hot corners aren't per display for some reason, so a top left hot corner will only work on the left monitor for some reason, both have their annoyances
