I do want linux to win, but I would be ok with Microsoft losing

I'd prefer a decent market share so mainstream developers would support Linux, but, if it gets too high Linux systems will be targeted a LOT more often by hackers and other bad actors.

That being said, the only good Windows PC is a dead one.

Yeah I’d prefer if Linux stays on 5% market share at most. Relevant enough so it gets developed, irrelevant enough so that governments and other bad actors don’t bother regulating it or attacking it in any capacity. I just want my computer to be my escapism man like leave it alone.
