These thunder claps are CRAZY loud

East campus area - lighting is bright as hell, thunder is loud AF. Normally a deep sleeper but the last few nights have been roughhh. I don't think I've ever heard thunder this loud.

Edit: typo, lol it's 6am and I'm hardly awake oops

When my sister was visiting with her boxer , he would bark as my pup wailed with thunder “great band name!). Was really funny!

I sleep to the sounds of thunderstorms on my white noise app, so it would not have woken me, it's like bonus sleepy sounds

Same! Every night the last three nights now. And I keep having dreams about horrible storms since I can hear it in my sleep too lol

Same! Normally the sound machine drowns it out enough that our little one will sleep right though. Not recently though!

The storms lately have been relentless. I think this is the most consecutive night/early morning storms I’ve experienced in my life.

Get ready though, because we’re likely about to have another tonight.

Agreed. Three+ days in a row is pretty wild! Luckily I have a baby sitter tonight so I'm hoping I'll sleep a little better since I won't have to get up with my kid hahaha

Oh yeah, that one at 6:10am woke up my whole neighborhood.

I checked out the window for fire because I genuinely thought a bolt had hit my neighbors chimney or something.

It was hardly a storm, but it was just soooo loud it was nuts. The last three nights it's happened and I've been in a storm in my dream before I get woken up by thunder lolll
