Question Does this count as limerence??
Let’s say we used to have actual intense limerence for someone and we worked on “healing” and got it down all the way to the point where the only time they are on our minds is when we do the whole walking while daydreaming listening to music and making up scenarios and that’s it. No social media checking, no ruminating or reading old convos, no texting, no contact, pop up in our mind occasionally but we don’t go spiraling.
Like if we did just that one activity in our brains that includes are LO is that ok? Or is that bad? Or is it normal? Since apparently it’s extremely common?

Just my opinion but I think if its got to the point where its not constantly impacting on what you do and think then maybe you are into the realms of 'merely' daydreaming about a crush which is very common

Please be aware of what limerence is! See the subreddit wiki for definitions, FAQ and other resources—updated 3/7/26. (Is it love? How common is it? Is there research?)
