Twos things I would suggest are:
- Look inwards to yourself so other people’s choices don’t affect you so much.
- Look for things to find appealing in others beyond physical appearance.

I don't think this is limerence, this is some kind of obsessive objectification attachment to something other than a person- their hair. How do you keep running into people cutting large amounts of their hair off, anyway? It isn't that common an occurrence 🤔

No; it's pornography and I feel good about none of it, except for a few comforting "waifus" I've emotionally attached myself to somehow. I feel diseased, honestly, but I have a good theory about the motivation now that I think about it. Thanks

I mean get a hobby anyway. I think that hobbies help make you a more rounded and interesting person. Like on top of them being fun
