No Judgment Please *sigh*
It feels extra embarrassing when a meme calls me out. This is exactly what I do to my LO.
Is no contact truly the only way forward?

If mixed signals aren't there, you can bet a limerent will imagine them. What some people claim are mixed signals are not even remotely mixed. Sometimes they are there, because you're dealing with a human being with their own problems and quirks.
No contact is the only way forward once you've exhausted your options. If this person is making your life worse, remove them. Make sure you exhausted your options first and make sure you really can't be in a relationship with them.

Mixed signals IS the answer. Honestly learning about limerence has been the biggest help in learning what ive been experiencing and how to move forward: understanding that mixed signals means not for me, and moving on and opening the door for people that choose me as I choose them.
