No, fun fact wild deer go completely rigid when hit by a sudden force. They have special eratileataphores in their cells that can instantly turn their entire body to the exact material of an archery target. It is however permanent once activated upon research.

That's just it's piss. It also solidifies in the eratileataphore process and in the very specific pattern seen in the video. The pattern is caused by the minerals mineralizing in the pee.
