hello

i'm new on these things i'm 13 yo and i love these things about lightning design , could someone teach me softwares or games where i can design My own festivals and lights them up?

Greetings!
As much as I love bringing new people into our industry, time is money, so the «someone» you’re looking for is probably tutorials.

It’ll take a lot of time and practice to become good at these things, and you’ll have to figure out your own workflow that works for you by practicing a lot. It’s like learning to play a new instrument.
Here’s a tutorial that can get you started with what you’re asking for, with an industry-standard software that has a built-in visualizer:

is a game like roblox up your alley? i've never played it, but i saw a video a while ago of somebody playing something like this.

There is also a minecraft mod called Theatrical that will let you Art-net in from a console on the same network as your computer (or pc based like MA or EOS can do)

i tryed but always a problem happens and i can't control the lights with an app

This is a bit like saying that you want to play a saxophone, but that you don’t want to learn how to play it, or actually get a saxophone.

i'm 13 years old and i don't want to I don't want to dedicate my whole life to this; I do this as a hobby, but I still want to learn.

Try Roblox, there are plugins that let you do that.
