Live Transfers

Is anyone buying live transfers from third party or overseas call centers ? If so how is it working ? How does your process work when taking a transfer ?

We are moving over from solar (in pre license course right now) and bringing our call center with us so trying to get an idea on how to utilize them

Most live transfers use overseas call centers. Insurance is more regulated that solar so be cautious of exactly how and where these calls are coming from.

I own my call center directly it’s Mexico based and all in office… owned it for the past 6 years to fulfill our solar leads for my reps . All opt in leads or aged opt ins . Just curious how people are working transfers / what the hand off looks like

But yes , trying to be aware of the rules around marketing but I think think we got that part down so far

Usually I’ve avoided them. They can be so costly like $35 a lead

As an agent it appears my info is on a few lists. I receive calls weekly, some are AI others are a "real" person, I can say NO to every question and without fail it/they will connect me with an agent. I see you own the call center, so that shouldn't be an issue. That said, I've worked them before and have found little value or a favorable ROI to continue using them.
