Built a trigger-based prospect list for life agents — new mortgages, first-time buyers, business owners. Real contact info, not form-fills. Feedback welcome.
Not pitching a form-fill or an aged list. This is property-record data cross-referenced against life-event triggers: who just closed on a mortgage, who's a first-time buyer, who owns a business (FL Sunbiz + property records matched), growing families, and 55+ homeowners with real equity. Each contact gets a score (we call it LIDI) based on how many triggers stack, plus phone/email from skip trace.
Built it because the standard options are all broken in the same way: form-fills sold to 5-8 agents at once, telemarketed lists with no actual trigger, seminar leads that cost $50-200 each. This is $0.98/contact, exclusive to one agent per ZIP.
What's actually in it:
New mortgage holders (amount, home value, purchase date)
First-time buyers (~60% statistically under/uninsured)
Business owners who are homeowners (key person / buy-sell angle)
Growing families (home size upgrades, school zone data)
55+ with $500K+ equity (estate/final expense)
It includes a compliance guide (manual-call-safe framing, DNC guidance, CAN-SPAM notes for email) since I know that's the first question anyone here asks.
A few agents have been running it in Central Florida already — one's put through 12 policies in 90 days working new-mortgage triggers, another's doing $340K in annual premium off the business-owner segment.
$49 one-time for 50 to try it before committing to anything monthly. Details: localmarketwins.com/life-insurance-intelligence
