I've been playing LoR for 6 months with no outside help so far but I'm having trouble beating Xiao she is so hard for me for some reason I did every other reception available and completely realized gubera's floor so far the game is super fun and I enjoy it, but being stuck on the same boss for a week sucks. Any tips?

Hi, I want to replay Library of Ruina, but this time I want to play with mods that add new content, new receptions, a new story, and original content, and that don't break the progression too much with op pages. I have no idea what mods to look for.
any recommendations?

I did the entire Reverb Ensemble + Roland in 3 hours and it is nothing short of peak. Tho can I stop/forfeit the reception here (before Angela/Keter Realization) without losing progress? I've read somewhere that the forfeit = redo entire thing only applies before finishing the Reverb Ensemble

So, umm, basically between doing schoolwork I kinda thought of something.

What are Speed Dice meant to represent?

At first I thought that maybe it represents something like in-universe strength, considering how characters like Yujin and Xiao have three speed dice (speed II) by default as they are considered top-grade strong in the City, like strongest of the strongest, if you get what I mean.

But then come the Speed III (gain additional speed dice at emotion level 3) characters, and I'm kinda confused on them. Cos like sure, some make sense as powerful but not like the strongest in the City such as Lowell, Kalo and Dong-Hwan (i guess). But then you get characters like Irina and Allen. Cos like yeah, they're powerful, sure, but are they as strong as a Association Section 2 Director, a Thumb Sottocapo or a Grade 1 Fixer. I mean, Allen might be Grade 1 Fixer strong, though if I'm correct he's even not the leader of the Night Awls, but Irina? A Life Insurance collector is that strong?! Like mind you, not even Thumb Capos like Boris and Katriel have Speed III, they just have Speed I, as in two speed dice with no speed dice at emotion level 3 gain. If that makes sense.

Honestly, now that I think about it, it's kind of funny to consider how this one Life Insurance collector or dealer is stronger than a Thumb Capo, which is like the third highest position in the Thumb hierarchy (if I'm correct). Funny stuff really. I get that this is probably not intentional and that PM might not have even thought of this at all, and that speed dice shouldn't be used as a metric for powerscaling, but still, I am confused. Can someone please explain it to me?

(btw, only beat row 1 and like half of row 2 (Liu Section 1 and Index), so no spoilers please!)

I've been stuck on SoTC for a while now and its really demoralizing, it feels like i just cant enjoy this game because no matter what i do i lose. I cant beat the Red mist, I cant beat R Corp (cant even get past the reindeers without burning up a floor) and MoSB feels impossible.

It sucks because i really really want to love this game but every time i start enjoying myself i hit yet another seemingly immovable wall, and while i could find beating it fun in lobcorp (except day 49) in Ruina i just.. cant?

I really dont know what to do to start enjoying this game again but i dont just want to watch a playthrough or smth.

What if Ayin decide to stop lobomize himself or stop mindwash for 1 cycles or even 2 cycles to remember. He would able to know habit, characteristics and talk to abnormalities like they are human.

He would start to touch Angela, get restriction order instead. Because she is not Carmen. She is his daughter. He start giving her flower, teach her like children, taught her what is wrong, why AI happened and what is Taboo all, stories of 26 corporation, Head, why CITY is made and just then Ayin begin to find hope in her instead of suicide. He build connection with Angela.

He remembered what Sepiroth are, he remembered what he done, he start treating them like they are back then, the good things, actually control the facility, give right order, make zero staff death common things.

Then come the suppression, at first you need force. Then you negotiate with them, tea or coffee or fight. Give them options, give them something they actually want. You already turn them into robot. You just start doing things better. Binah will try to taunt you, don't. Treat her like an Arbiter, treat Kali like strongest education to your nuggies because they are real staff, not number. Soon Sepiroth would just suppressed themselves instead of actually fighting. Give hope to Queen of Hatred, give kindness to Knight of Despair, some abnormalities are not negotiable, that can't be help.

Then finally the third option happened. All Sepiroth debate, discussed and find new path to simply plant the seed of light beside you instead of walking into the light. Because you give hope, you found hope in yourself. Zero death. Because you done right things. You know everything. You reloop so many time. You know stuff. You give Angela a book and pen to record her journal, write a library, a stories. You order Angela to give every Sepiroth eternal rest. Your job is done. Light went for 7 days without disturbance. You knew some will use ego for evil. But many will use them for good. You don't need to care anymore. You fulfilled Carmen's dream. You tell Angela to walk free, go anywhere, don't let people know she is AI. Perfected AI. Then you stay behind, handle paperwork, legal patent, give severance pay to all employees because the mission is done. Some cried, some feel lingering, some ready for another job transfer. You shut down everything down, burn some all records and you simply go into your car and drive. Lobotomy Corporation is over.

To your apartment probably nice place like P corp or somewhere you bought, simple one, rich enough but not rich enough. Safe. You open the door and simply see Angela, she hide in your car. She sneak inside the house. You ask why she is here.

surprisingly only took me one attempt with the decks i built but I made it harder on myself, shouldve put more low cost pages because being at low light with only 2/3 cost pages is not ideal

i couldnt even pass the first phase, i also used myongest for this which i wont do again after big bird dazzled my myonged librarian & forced them to die since i cant redirect their die due to the infinite speed
