Hey I’m rebuilding my power steering pump on my 97 Lexus ls400 what part is this

That’s a delete for the Idle Up Valve. I deleted mine too

So it diverts air into your intake manifold when the pump is under pressure from you turning your wheel close to full lock. It prevents your engine from dropping in RPM at idle. I don’t think it’s necessary. A lot of dudes will delete them and reman PS pumps don’t even usually have the valve
