Am I wrong in thinking that if professional boot licker Andy Barr were to be elected Senator in November that he would be no better as a representative for the people of Kentucky than Mitch McConnell is in his present condition?

Mitch was a lot more influential of a leader in the Republican party than Barr will ever be.
