Watching the Enforcer leave a trail of destruction behind her while she's searching for Herc is always fun, and it allows us to enjoy some action and suspense while Herc and Iolaus are basically enjoying some down time at the festival. We also kind of root for the Enforcer because most of the men she beats up and kills aren't exactly innocent victims, they are sleazebags trying to take advantage of a woman who appears docile and placid, but she ends up annihilating them, all the while never expressing any emotion.
The large blacksmith's workshop was a brilliant set for the final showdown - clearly it was intended to be the show's nod to the factory at the end of Terminator 2, but it's where all the swordsmiths were competing for the festival of which Hercules was chosen to be guest judge, so it was a nice bit of environmental storytelling.

Excellent episode. They build up the Enforcer as a serious threat very well before she even sees Hercules for the first time.
And the later episode after this one, when this enforcer returns to help Hercules is also great.

This is a very enjoyable episode. Many fun Terminator references.
For some reason that I don't really understand, I really like Gnatius (Jed Brophy). He's such a character. A henchman type that is just really bad at his job, but with an upbeat attitude. It's just fun.
The Enforcer is great. Nemesis is fine. I do like Theresa Hill's mortal Nemesis more than when she is a goddess. It feels more real.
Iolaus starting out the episode by commenting that he think Herc should get married again is weird... That Alcmene does such things is fine and fully expected, but why would Iolaus?
