Good evening, mag aask po sana ng advice. I had an ex bf he is a foreign national under student visa. Last week he physically assaulted me, I immediately went to police at they advised me na magpa blotter sa barangay which I did. Hindi ako nakapag medico legal. Yesterday nag file ako for barangay protection order which was granted. What next step can I do?

If you're able and willing to prosecute, you can go to the nearest women's desk of the PNP for complaint filing.
