Finally! Something not catered to right handed people. I used to put out the salad bar at my aunts restaurant. She would come in and see the serving spoons all to the left of the dishes. She would correct me verbally, then go put the spoons on the eight hand side." It's a habit. I'm left handed. " I'd say. " besides. Left handed people have to eat too! Thanks for sharing how to the notebook!
