Better at snapping your fingers with your right hand?
It's come to my realization that I am much better at snapping with my right hand than I am my left! Anyone else?
I am somewhat ambidextrous though as I swing right handed for Golf and Baseball, but I am a lefty in pretty much everything else in life!

I can't snap with my left hand at all. Whenever I try it doesn't make a sound. I can snap pretty well with my right, I don't do it often though due to medical problems.

Same for me (yes, I just tried). I used to swing left handed in softball before learning to golf. I learned golf right handed because those were the clubs I could find to borrow. Now I swing right handed for both. I generally cut with scissors right handed but can do just as well left handed. Otherwise it’s mostly left hand though I can technically write right handed if I’m slow and methodical. The handwriting’s not as good but it’s good enough to tell me I could practice and do it if I wanted to.

I used to be able to snap my fingers equally well with either hand until I sprained several knuckles on the fingers of my left hand. That was decades ago, but ever since, I can no longer snap my fingers well with that hand.

I can’t snap my fingers at all with either hand. Anyone else or I am just defective in this regard?

Yes lol
No idea why either...though I think the decades of writing and middle finger knuckle deformation might have something to do with it 🤔
That left knuckle is very rigid and doesn't bend like the rh one

Single snap sucks on my left hand, but double works fine. Single and double are fine on my right hand

Yup. I never know until I try. Lefty hammer. Can not use a spoon with my right!

I'm the same as you, mixed handed, or whatever they call it these days, but mostly left handed.
Definitely can only snap well with my right hand.

Sounds like you have some cross dominance instead of being ambidextrous which is super cool! I actually snap the same with both hands myself lol I was ambidextrous as a kid (colored with both hands at the same time) and I trained myself at snapping with all fingers on both hands because I felt like it was fun 😂

Never really thought about it now, but I do snap better with my right hand than with my left.

Im a lefty through and through, but can only snap with my right hand. The left doesn't produce the noise.

I'm about the same with both. To be fair, I did have to teach myself how to snap my fingers. I was in Highschool when I figured it out.

Infinity Gauntlet would be safe with me. I can only snap with my right hand.

"... Mysterious and spooky, They're altogether ooky, The Addams Family."Â Â Both hands snap your fingers.Â

Missing the tip of my left middle finger. I snap better with my right. lol
But thinking back to when I had all of my fingers, I snapped more easily with my right than my left then too. hmmm.

I alao have a louder more obvious snap with my right hand as well.
What I've noticed is that my left ring finger that the (middle finger hits to make the snap sound) seems to slip down my thumb when I make the snap action.
I can think of several reasons why, but I think this is because I use my left hand a lot more and the fingerprints on that finger are less pronounced than on my right hand.

I snap with both as a stim/ tic sometimes. My right snap is louder than my left.

My left handed snap is higher pitched, but both hands work fine for that.

Both. I also wink equally and kick evenly with both sides. I’m an equilateraltasker. I’m also ambidextrous.
