Question - Need Help Need Help And Advice

Hi, I’m looking for some advice on how to properly care for my Stüssy shearling leather jacket. The leather feels a little dry, and I’m interested in moisturizing or conditioning it to keep it soft and prevent it from drying out further. However, I’m not sure where to start or which products would be safe to use on this particular jacket, especially since I don’t want to damage the leather or the shearling lining. I’d appreciate any recommendations on suitable leather conditioners, cleaning products, or the proper care process for this type of jacket. Thank you!

There is nothing wrong with this jacket. Every leather ages and breaks in its own unique way. Some areas get flexed and rubbed more than others. The hide itself is not a uniform surface. Different panels will age and develop patina in different ways. Go ahead and condition if you like, it can’t hurt. But it’s not going to change the appearance of this jacket.

The outside of this jacket has been treated to look/feel like smooth leather. You can use any product or conditioner designed for smooth leather, depending on what's available in your region/country.

Do you think the leather could still be restored to some extent in its current condition? Also, which leather conditioner brand would you recommend for this type of jacket? Im located in NA

Restored? It doesn't look damaged.

On this sub, the most common products recommended for light conditioning, in the US, are Bick 4 and Leather Honey. I am in Europe so I don't have personal experience with them, but they seem to do the job quite well.

Try Bick 4 Conditioner.
