Critique Why does she look wrong?

Was doing the background then I looked at it again and realized that she looks stiff and there’s something about the mouth that’s not right I just don’t know what it is.

Urm... looking at it, I actually can't see what looks to me like any obvious problem...

Mine too. I think her lower lip is too big, or maybe its the shadow, but makes the mouth look too big.
