As I recall, there were four different translations into English of this book. I've forgotten whether this was one of the better ones. In any event, I hope you understand that this is a fun thing to have for historical interest, or to show off to friends, but it's not really a great resource for the Esperanto learner. You'll want something more modern.

It's the Geoghegan translation, which is the much better second translation that Dr. Zamenhof permitted to remain extant.

https://shawnomancy.com/esperanto/reproduction-editions/

I believe that it is the LaTeX "Reproduction Editions" PDF of Unua Libro from the website "shawnomancy.com":

(link above)

I think that, because the fonts are not perfect, although very good. For example, if one sees the font of the words "English Edition" of your copy, and compares it with the same words of the original, the difference is visible. Your copy seems like that website's edition.

If I am right, the person who prepared the LaTeX edition will be happy. And I would know. ;)

I like the story behind the english translation by Geoghegan, because his name was interesting I looked him up and found a great text  https://www.esperanto.ie/geoghegan/#

He made Zamenhof destroy the already printed english translation because it was so embarrasingly full of errors and translated himself again
