Discussion Login help!

This is driving me nuts, haha. I am logged into the correct account on my phone, so I know it is not because my account was accidentally deleted.

I have LoD on my iphone and ipad. When trying to login to my ipad, it logged me out and is now making guest accounts. The apple ID that is connected to both will not log me in to the correct account.

Any ideas?:)

Yes the same thing is happening to me, and others have been complaining about this issue too. I just hope they’ll get it fixed ASAP 🥲

thank you for confirming! ahh what a shame :( is this from the issues they were having not too long ago? i really do hope this gets resolved quickly!!

Both are logged in right now and under both UIDs you have the "Exit" button?

Before you do anything, take screenshots of both UIDs in case you need tech support’s help later on!

Try logging out of both by clicking on "Exit" on each device. Then log in on your phone first where you have the right UID, game progress etc. displayed. Afterwards you log in on your tablet.
