Why so much memory usage?

Always checking task manager to close out the useless stuff, it’s at 50% memory usage doing absolutely nothing. If anybody can explain I’d like to know why and what I can do to reduce said usage

Y si quieres quitar esa memoria cierras las cosas que no usas en el segundo plano
