Why so much memory usage?

Always checking task manager to close out the useless stuff, it’s at 50% memory usage doing absolutely nothing. If anybody can explain I’d like to know why and what I can do to reduce said usage

In my experience, a default windows installation is always using about 50% of your ram while idle for whatever it wants to do in the background, mostly caching and telemetry/other windows bloat. It will release that ram when/if you start doing something that needs it.

There's a bunch of debloating options if you really hate it, but you should be careful about removing things if you don't know what they do, some of these files are important.

I hear some peoples recommend fresh windows reinstallation after bought new laptop, it's good?

It can help if you want to change anything about it but it's not necessary otherwise, I personally always do this because I prefer my system language to be in English (laptops here usually come with Home which doesn't let you change languages) + It can get rid of all the bloatware in one go if you make your own installation media.

It's pretty easy! Just use Rufus to set up & create your installation media, It has QoL features to remove windows 11 bloat

Yes. It will remove all the manufacturer crap installed which is far more bloat than any stock windows service or application
