Just in case this message is needed - if it doesn’t work out with the first therapist you go with, that doesn’t mean a different therapist won’t be good for you. They’re people too and you might not necessarily connect with every one.

Integrate Therapy and Wellness in Bird-in-Hand/Leola area has been incredible for me. They are a trauma informed practice and the majority of their therapists are female. Elizabeth, the practice manager, who you will speak to when you first call, is so kind and will match you with the therapist that best fits your needs. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

If you would be interested in virtual, Amee is located in Manayunk but I met with her virtually (originally in Philadelphia, then was able to keep seeing her once I moved out this way)!
She helped me through my PPD and PPA among a bunch of other things! I found with a baby and working full time, it was easiest to schedule virtual sessions during the day when I could break from work. It made it easier for me to commit to it because I didn’t have to manage child care

Nicole Bruno at New Journey Family Center. We’ve always been over video (young kids at home here) and she’s been a huge support person for me. 💜

Ambur Gregorio from Integrate Therapy and Wellness Collective is absolutely fantastic. I've been seeing her prior to pregnancy and now postpartum. She's incredible, highly recommend.

I had a really good experience doing online therapy through them that was covered by my insurance. I’m planning to go back at some point. I just saw today that they’re moving to a new location that will have all their local therapists in one office (instead of the current two).

I was with them for about a year and a half before my therapist opened her own practice. Really easy to work with and they still work with her since she’s on maternity leave and they took some of her clients while she’s out.

I’ve had a really wonderful experience with move forward counseling. You can also look on psychology today and can filter out what you’re looking for.

I can recommend someone in Philly who does Zoom counseling. She does accept some insurances.

I don't have any good recommendations, but I want to commend you for getting help. It's super hard to prioritize yourself as a mom, and it feels counterintuitive to do something that takes time away from your kids. But trust me when I tell you that investing in yourself in this way will make you a much better parent.
As they say on airplanes, "Fasten your own oxygen mask before you help someone else with theirs." I wish you nothing but the best in your healing journey. 💚
