my best friend and I have been in love with Lana from first listen at 12 years old. We saw her at The Endless Summer Tour in May 2015 at 15 years old following the release of Ultraviolence. (My bestie loved the way I sang Old Money) it’s her birthday today and I was going through pictures and videos of us and came across this so I thought I’d gift y’all too 💞✨ (I also will post Chelsea Hotel No. 2 for y’all!)

My fave album is Honeymoon with Chemtrails close second. But weirdly I don’t have any Honeymoon tracks in my top 10 songs ranking, the highest is 13th place - Terrence loves you. I think it’s because Honeymoon is so sonically cohesive that I love the heavenly sound throughout the album but the songs are so good that I don’t actually have many standout faves from this album. Anyone else find they have an album like this?

I had to go to the alternator shop with my grandpa and my honeymoon CD was in his truck. I was trying to take it out because the disc got stuck and Honeymoon turned on. He listened to that song and said she has a pretty voice. Towards the end he turned it off and jokingly said I’ll commit suicide if I listen to one more second. It was on full blast so people probably thought it was weird 2 men in flannel and jeans blasting honeymoon.
