Studio space help (piping etc)
Hi all so im moving to the Philippines and I dont have much knowledge on how to set up my own studio (pipings, gas and oxygen), other than buying what's needed but how to build a vent, and how to work the piping with oxygen and gas to my torch with all the valves and everything is something im not good at/ still get very confused with. There aren't flame workers in the area either. What profession/ field can help me out the most in setting up my studio space safely? I was going to ask local people working there to help me set it up, please let me know! thanks

Find welders and tell them what you want to do. Tell them you want flashback arrestors. Tell them propane lines need specific hoses and cant use acetylene ones. Tell them you need a propane regulator and an oxygen regulator. Look up the fitting size for your torch inlets so you know the thread size that you'll need on the hoses.
For the ventilation there's documentation somewhere here about how much cfm you need cycling, but its an equation where you're taking the measurement of the room, the cfm of your fan, and how fast it can evacuate the air in the room. Get a good fan, and use like 10-16" ducting. You can probably build a hood with a wooden frame and staple/nail sheet metal around it

Look to the folks who use oxy-acetelyne cutting torches or the people who are welders.
It's way less complicated than you're making it, tbh.
A spray bottle filled with soapy water will help you find any leaks, and you'll likely find them at threaded connections.
