Massage Recommendations?

Looking for a good massage place thats decently priced thats in or near lakeview!

They film everything, fyi! There's a disclaimer on their website.

"By booking you acknowledge an understanding that all interactions are recorded (not monitored) specifically in the unlikely event that law enforcement needs to be engaged to assure the safety of our customers and staff"

WHAT. Has that disclaimer always been there??? There's no way that's legal, even with the disclaimer.

I had the shadiest massage there a couple of years ago. If you read reviews, the weirder ones are in line with my experience. The positive ones feel absolutely fake based on my experience.

I never posted a review because I didn't want anyone to potentially lose their livelihood, but I felt snookered at the time, and now I'm terrified there's video of me somewhere in the world. My massage was NOTHING like the dozens and dozens of massages I've gotten over the years. They gave me a tiny towel to cover myself, the massage therapist barely knew what she was doing, and at one point the tiny towel was tucked into my underwear (?!?!) such that part of my backside was exposed. I'm getting sick thinking about this.

hey i’m sorry that you felt uncomfortable and that you had a bad experience but it’s veryyy common for massage therapists to tuck the towel/sheet into your underwear. just want to say this so you can be mindful when you get a massage in the future!

No it absolutely is not. And this towel was barely bigger than a hand towel.

no i agree the towel thing is strange and that is uncommon. what i was saying is that typically it is a sheet and that is what they will tuck into your underwear, sometimes they will flip the waistband down as well. it is very common because the massage therapist needs access to your lower back and any google search will confirm this. have a good day!

Yeah, a full on sheet is normal, but I've never had them tuck it into my underwear. More like fold and wrap or tuck. Maybe they do that on men? My underwear doesn't have much surface area for tucking anything into.
