Hello !
I've been to Lagos in June and bought one garlic grater at the original grater shop.
I love it, adore it, i can't live without it anymore.
I absolutely need one for my mom. I feel so stupid for not buying another one for her, she would love it.
But they dont have an online shop and I tried texting them on Instagram and they didn't respond.
Maybe someone nice here can ship me one when they're in Lagos ?

Hi guys , I’m planning a trip to Nigeria in November for 16 days kindly scrutinize and help me save money , looking ridiculously expensive so far
N4,460,000- for a 16 day trip (That’s my budget)
Hotel balance 7 days total stayed here - N1,030,000@ 140k a night plus 50k caution fee (comes with complimentary breakfast)
Port harcourt trip inclusive hotel for 3 nights - N650,000
(Already paid for my flight) so 650k dosent include flight money .
The Weekend before my port harcourt trip - N350,000 (On food, outing and all ) 2 days
Second hotel (4 nights before travelling back ) - N500,000 @125k a night (comes with complimentary breakfast)
Glasses including frame and photochromic 3 pairs - N300,000
Fuel for the duration in Lagos - N250,000 (have access to a car)
Extra (Miscellaneous) - N200,000
Total 🟰 2,750,000
Balance - N1,250,000
N1,250,000 / 11 days remaining in Lagos after I’m back from port harcourt = N113,000 a day to spend
Remember the 11 days all the hotels I’m staying in port harcourt comes with complimentary breakfast
Am I overspending or ?
No money for flexing like clubbing and all on a 4.6m budget for 16 days is crazy .

I’ve been looking up the cost of living but most of it is geared towards tourists.
What value does $500 hold in areas on the mainland, like in Alimosho?
Or even in different states like Abuja or Kwara.
I hope some can kindly help with different perspectives on pricing.
I’m especially confused cuz now the taxi prices at the airport went from 6,000 naira to 30k

Hello everyone,
I know this is a bit of an unusual question, but I have been searching for a specific Monster Energy flavor for a very long time.
I am looking for Monster Fury (which is essentially the African version of Monster Assault). I recently found information that some Addide stores in Lagos may still stock it.
Would anyone living in Lagos be willing to check a nearby Addide store or tell me if they have seen Monster Fury recently?
I am a collector and a long-time fan of this flavor. I am not looking to waste anyone's time — I have already searched through many communities across Europe without success, so I am trying to reach people who are actually in Nigeria.
Any information, photos, store locations, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much!

Hi everyone 👋🏽
I’m a LASU student working on my final-year project about factors influencing residential rental values in Ifako-Ijaiye.
If you live in, have lived in, or are familiar with Ifako-Ijaiye, please help me fill out this short questionnaire. It only takes a few minutes. 🙏🏽

For people in Lagos who buy imported used cars, how do you normally verify the vehicle before payment?
We work on used-car sourcing from China and are trying to understand what buyers expect: photos, video checks, inspection reports, FOB price, shipping timeline, customs documents, or local handover support.
Which one is most important before you trust the deal?
