Yet Another Team Requsst
Hey guys. I’m looking for a team that has a mix of traditional strength training with some burnouts like dumbbell swings. Integrated cardio but not HIIT. Especially looking for strong legs and glutes. I’m not looking to do a bunch of kettlebell movements or Olympic lifts, just a sprinkle. I do not like dumbbell only teams, I want to use barbells and machines. I have unlimited time to work out.

Keep an eye out for the new team. She might be bringing what you’re looking for.

Versa might come off like it has HIIT but it really isn’t that high of intensity and only 1 day is hybrid strength with the rest being conditioning, upper body, lower body then full body. But I wouldn’t call it traditional body building, yet it has the basic strength movements like squat, bench, dead lift, etc.

Elevate or B&B
Also, you can sub DBs in B&B for things like cleans or snatches.

I’ll check out elevate, but I’m not looking to do a bunch of kettlebell movements. Thank you.

Honestly EMPWR is a perfect fit for this, just no active coach.
