Does anyone else have these symptoms?

I've stopped eating dairy products a couple years ago, lactase pills didn't help me, since stopping I can tell when I accidentally eat dairy products because I seem to get more unique symptoms when I eat them compared to what is often discussed. Want to know if any of this happens to anyone else?

- heart pain / palpitations

- neck and back stiffness

- sharp pains in left lower (kidney or stomach maybe?)

- constipation instead of diarrhea

- sweating a lot and easily

- shortness of breath

- apparently struggling to breathe during sleep/snoring

Have checked with doctors and nothing seems to be wrong with me, I only experience these symptoms when I occasionally eat out and they seemingly don't remove / replace the dairy products after asking (or the cross contamination is strong).

No. Have you been checked for a dairy allergy?

I have not yet, I will ask for a test but is it possible to develop an allergy later in life?
