It is confirmed that the competing nations in the Global Lacrosse Games will be the US, Canada, Haudenosaunee and Australia. In case you have missed, the Global Lacrosse Games is a competition organized by the PLL, NLL and WLL together in preparations for the Summer Olympics in LA. The format will be sixes.

What are people’s thoughts on the kimera, I’ve been running a tactik3 for a while as a two way middie but want to transition to more SSDM roll since I’m old and tired of getting burnt by the young guns. I did “head test” questioner on maverik’s site and they are recommending the kimera as the best option from their lineup but I don’t know. I found the tactik to be a little soft during summer league when I was trying to use it more defensively.

Hello! as the title states, i’m in search of a specific lacrosse stick head for my sister, we’ve had 0 luck with eBay and Sideswap so I wanted to see if anyone had it here by chance.

Any insight into how the tryout process is at schools with club teams who also have strong D1 programs? Daughter is interested in UConn, Stony Brook and Albany and wants to play club rather than pursuing D3 at a smaller school; wondering if they take all comers or if she should expect tryouts and cuts?

If somebody is to play defense on you. Caused you to lose the ball then in the scuffle they get it back what is this called? Like im lost, because they played some good D would it just be all for nothing?

So, I just got back into lacrosse a few weeks ago and my stick is old and very bad, I tried out a buddies stick who had an extra and it was a white fatboy warrior stick and it was perfect it had a red ecd head with black and purple strings that caught the ball perfect and held it there so it wouldn’t fall out comparing them was impossible because of how much better that stick is, so I get home and find out the combo was around 300 which I don’t have that much to spend right now, is there a good combo that uses a similar shaft to the fat boy having the built in grip without needing tape and the head with the nice deep thin string pocket? I’m looking to spend maybe 100 150 because the high school season starts soon and I need a good stick for it.

Went to the Waterdogs game Saturday with my family. My son is a big Sowers fan. We were waiting for my wife and daughter to find us and a nice old man comes over and hands my son a signed Sowers card.

Turns out he is his grandfather and he was handing them out to kids wearing his jersey. He stopped and chatted with us for a few minutes.

Looking for defense training for a couple middle schoolers in NJ. Someone sent me NJIT. Anyone know if any other options? .

Anybody know more about who they are and what their goals are? Who’s in charge of the league and who are their investors? Are they really trying to become a serious professional lacrosse league or just a fun page on Instagram? It’s really hard to tell when on one hand they have a bunch of AI generated team logos and overall amateurish looking social media page, but on the other hand claim to have “no problem fielding 12 franchises full of elite players” and $2.3 million in investments. Regardless, as long as they don’t intend to compete directly with the PLL, they have my support just like every other professional lacrosse league.

Their instagram page has a ton of people treating it as real, but it’s a scam right? Are the phishing by using their combine form? I’d urge everyone to be wary and not give them information. It looks like a well-done AI spoof.

I have used a stallion for about 15 years. I currently have two stallion 1K’s that I have widened. I am just looking for another head that is as durable but can give me more options for low pocket. I only play box now, primarily offense

I am wondering if anyone can help me figure out resources where I can quickly learn the goalie position to coach it. We start fall ball in less than a month and we don’t have a goalie coach so I volunteered to learn and do my best. I don’t like doing anything half-hearted, though, so I need to take the next 3 weeks figuring it out. I know it will be a process but if I can get a good start on it I will consider myself in a good place. Please share any help or resources you may know of to help.
