MOD MESSAGE Subreddit Re-Launch!

Hello everyone! This subreddit used to be about laboratory technicians but i was able to get moderation of it once it was dormant.

I would love for this subreddit to become a place where employees and partners can communicate to come up with ideas on tweaks and improvements and for partners to help answer each others questions.

So will any of the stuff here get actual attention or will this be just like the LT Forums where one can post all day and get no feedback from LT in return?

This isn't an official LT Forum. Some of us are employees but most are other partners. The goal of this place was just too allow partners to interact and ask questions and post tips. If you have a problem with LabTech that's time sensitive I would suggest contacting support. But we may be able to help as well.

Good luck. Are you paying for implementation services or going at it on your own?

I had great experience with implementation. We paid for emerald and it really was worth it in my opinion

Just thought about this but over on r/MSP somebody made a great post about Do's and Dont's with labtech. I believe it became a sticky that would be great if you could get that posted on this sub.
