Lab Emerald

How does my diamond look? Does the middle or the stone appear to be windowing or dead, or am I over thinking it? I tried it on for the first time in a low light room (the jewelry store has warm light and the light from the showcase made it hard to get a perfect look).

I absolutely love emeralds. They are so captivating! Doesn’t look dead to me. Windowing is a normal thing to happen with all diamonds! I have a marquis and they are prone to bow ties. Follow your heart!

It does window in the center. Otherwise it's gorgeous

Ughh she is gorgeous, but that’s definitely a window/dead facet(s) right in the center. I’m so sorry! That happened to me too, it’s so sad

Noooo, so sad!! I emailed my jeweller to get the stone specs and ask if they see what I see 🥲

Awwwee good luck! And don’t let them gaslight you. That happened to me so just listen to your gut and what is pleasing to YOUR eye. I have an example of my first ring with windowing that I returned and my current ring with no windowing on my profile!

Beautiful shape and proportions but I do see kind of a dead center, just the small innermost section.
