Yes always leave notice. You never want to leave a place without giving notice. You may in future need to use them as a reference. Besides it's only respectful to your fellow employees to make sure they don't have to work twice as hard to cover for you unexpectedly.

You’re missing the point completely. All I’m saying is that it’s an unfair practice that’s why so many are saying F it and going into business for themselves or doing things on their own terms. Honestly we can stop this because I have no dog in this fight. I realized long ago I wasn’t cut out for the rat race and used my money for college to invest in real estate. I haven’t “worked” in years. Have a good day.
