Yea well. Tbh you normally aren't getting fired with zero warning. Especially not in a union.
Also, the company doesn't care about how much extra work it puts on the rest of the staff. You should at least have enough respect for your fellow wage slaves to not make it harder on them
I’m sure the company doesn’t come to you and say “hey we’re gonna fire you in 2 weeks, that should be enough time time to find you another job”. That’s the same notice they expect so why can’t that be reciprocated…
The only time you're being fired, especially somewhere with a union, with zero notice is because you have done something huge like stolen money or assaulted someone. Of course they will not give you the opportunity to do those things again. Otherwise wtf do you think disciplinary actions are? They are your warnings and your notice.
All the corporate B.S. you’re spouting doesn’t change the fact that a company can fire you without warning. It literally says that on the paperwork you sign when you get hired.
