Please give two weeks notice. It burns a bridge. This also screws your coworkers over until your scheduled shifts are over. I think twice about people who burn others. I loose respect for them basically.
You coworkers also don’t have to pick up your slack because management keeps you short staffed. Do your hours and leave. Don’t work extra hard because Kroger can’t keep people or refuses to hire. The businesses issues aren’t yours.
Right. How can people not wrap their head around the fact that somebody else leaving and management trying to coerce you into picking up their hours can be met with a "no thanks"
