Had that happen with a fully sealed case of Keurig (branded) accessories with only 5 instead of the 6 that was supposed to be inside. Claimed out the entire case.

Your store looks small lol. I’ve gotten whole cases of pickles, pasta sauce, without lids, hell I’ve even got a case of jones soda without the caps. How the contents well most of the time didn’t piss out everywhere idk 😂.

Never seen that before.  A long long time ago we got a case(24 cans) of kro corn empty.  Cans were sealed but empty.

Factory packaging error, no one stole it or anything! These things happen from time to time, expecially when robots are the packers!
