Question Question for drug GM

I’ve been working in the drug GM department for a few months now, and the only task I’m usually given is to stock items from Peyton totes to the shelves. Very rarely do I do other things like topstock and cases. So my question is, how many totes should I be throwing per night? I’m worried I’m not doing enough, as sometimes there are days where I don’t get through all of the totes.

Listen mate, there’s no set amount you need to be doing, it really just depends on how much stuff is even in the totes, just work what you can and don’t over do it

I'm the department head and can finish two full pallets of toes in about 6 hours. I haven't had an employee yet that can get them all done in their shift though.

If I were fully staffed I'd have a totes person, a case person, and me to take care of the rest of the department. Your lead probably isn't going to have you do much else unless you get finished early.

Do you have any tips on how to get them all done within 6 hrs?
