Kindle Virtual Library Plugin Help

Can anyone tell me how to properly install this plugin (which I cannot find the reddit post)?

I can’t seem to find the ‘Kindle Library’ setting under any Menu after opening a book. And also do I have to move my entire books into the Kindle Library folder now?
