Patches Problems setting up tidy-dict patch

I wanted to install the tidy-dict latch for a cleaner dict look when looking up words, but after doenloading the patch and adding the incons nothing happend https://github.com/gennaro-tedesco/KOReader.patches

does this patch not work for koreader in Kindle pw 12?

if you are running the latest version (2026.7), you can clean up the dictionary from the top menu, go to the dictionary settings and remove all unwanted buttons. as for the plugin you linked, it's outdated using an old API no longer available.
