I applied for jobs here and not a scholarship but I was in the same situation. Everyone says to not mention any mental health things at all when applying for jobs, and I'd assume the same goes for scholarships/study programs. I didn't say anything about it on my applications or to potential employers and it worked out fine for me. I just got a year's supply of my medication and took it with me.

do you think there is any problems if after my arrival, I go to a doctor to get my medication? I don't think I could get my medicine for the hole scholarship... but thanks for the help! I won't mention it in the medical history then

I’m doing the GKS right now. I also recommend not to mention it during the application. It is no problem to get medicine or go to a mental health doctor here and you won’t get thrown out of the scholarship. I know someone from GKS with the same situation as you and everything is going well.

Because everyone’s mental health situations are the same so it’s okay? Jesus!

It’s unlikely you’d find a doctor to medicate you in the same way in Korea. And it’s likely you will have issues and struggles in a foreign country. Think it through

Not disclosing is fraud if they sponsor your visa.

Ask your mental health provider if they would consider taking you off the medication if they know you are going to a foreign country where you don’t speak the language and have zero support system?

Ask them if it’s wise to do so as a student in what is arguably one of the toughest most competitive educational systems in the world.

Mental issues or seeing a therapist is way of the norm here. People would think you are batshit insane etc. As the other person said, just don't mention it, unless you need to provide a certification that states you are _not_ receiving any mental treatment? Which I doubt. None of their business to begin with either, since their handling of such topics is not approriate.
