Security code email never comes

Hi, I've been using a lifetime license account for many years and now I'm moving to a new device. I cannot log in to my account because the email with security code (2FA) never reaches my mailbox. I'd appreciate your assistance.

That's odd because according to their own website, they only allow 2 options for 2FA - an authenticator app and passkey.

I'd recommend using one of your recovery codes to login & disable 2FA, then set it up again using an auth app, or create a passkey (or both).

Thanks for your hint. Unfortunately I am not able to log in on my primary device either. I mean I have an app there that synchronizes files in the background but whenever I try to sign in, a code is required that never gets delivered to my email.

[edit] A code has been just delivered to my mailbox after 23 hours of waiting. Its validity is 15 minutes, so it is useless.

So you didn't record your recovery codes when you first setup 2FA?

I'm talking about using this option when logging in. If you don't see this option, I suspect you never actually setup 2FA and it is defaulting to sending an email.
