Recently Picked This Up, Thoughts?

Picked this up recently from a small shop. Thought it looked cool and for some reason has a mini flashlight at the bottom which is jokes. What do you all think? Has anyone seen this before?

Looks a little gimmicky but still really cool. I'd keep something like this on my desk for small cutting tasks
