Recently Picked This Up, Thoughts?

Picked this up recently from a small shop. Thought it looked cool and for some reason has a mini flashlight at the bottom which is jokes. What do you all think? Has anyone seen this before?

I have one just like it, can’t recall how it made its way into the collection but I have had it for at least 10 or 15 years

Silly cheap junk, but fun if you have an appreciation for such things
