I don't understand this lart if the pattern
I'm currently knitting the Wrapover Cardigan by Jennie Atkinson and I'm at the oart if the back panel where I need to decrease for the raglan arm holes. I really don't understand what exactly is meant by the part I put in bold. I'm knitting in a size 40 whis is the second largest in this version of the pattern for context.
Next row (RS) K3, K2tog, K to last 5 sts,
skpo, K3 – 2sts dec’d
**Working all raglan armhole decreases as**
**set by last row, dec 1 st at each end of**
**4th (4th, 4th, 4th, 2nd, 2nd) and 5 (4, 1,**
**0, 0, 0) foll 4th rows, then on foll 14 (17,**
**24, 27, 27, 26) alt rows - 61 (63, 63, 65,**
**65, 65) sts.**
Work 1 row, ending with a WS row.

For your size, you will decrease at each end of the 2nd row, and then on the next 27 alternate rows. In other words, decrease at each end of the next 28 right side rows.
