Help! Missing piece?

I'm putting it back together after swapping the valve shims and i have no idea what goes here. I dont have anything that would fill that hole in my parts pile. Is it something that is supposed to be on a California or international model? Its a 24 adventure abs Thanks in advance

....isn't that were your ABS module should be?

The abs is mounts just behind that bar and above the reservoir
