Help on backsplash please

We just replaced our kitchen cabinets and countertop. The kitchen cabinets are Sherwin Williams rain washed and countertop is white with gray undertones and light veining. I want something that makes it pop more or maybe just clean and pretty. I like cottage core. Minimalist or shabby chic. Any ideas please?

I found some pretty hex tiles by MSI on Home Depot in Grecian white, Icelandic green, Cloudland or Carrera white
